Coaching is a very powerful way of working alongside teachers; empowering them and giving them the opportunity to reflect, try new approaches and develop or refine their practice. Once we have established precise areas for development, I draw upon my wealth of recent experience, both as a teacher and as a coach, to lead individuals or groups to improve their practice.
